ADS Summer Symposium Guest Information

Alabama Dermatology Society Members, Derm Team with Member Office and Residents registration includes all food and beverage functions at the conference for yourself and up to two guests. Any guests you bring will require a wristband to attend the meal functions served in the Conference Center. If you would like to bring additional guests, you can purchase additional meal wristbands with your registration for $100 each. Please select the number of meal wristbands you need to purchase when you register.  If you would like to purchase meal wristbands after you register, please click on Edit Registration in your email confirmation and add them.

Non-members/Out of State attendee registration does not include any guests. You must purchase wristbands for any guest who wish to attend the meal functions in the Conference Center. If you would like to bring guests, you can purchase additional meal wristbands with your registration for $100 each. Please select ADS Member and Guest Meal Wristbands tickets to purchase these at the same time.

Due to space constraints, Exhibitors and Industry attendees are not permitted to bring guests (including children under 10) to meal functions in the Conference Center. Exhibitors are not allowed in the pool and beach cabanas unless their have reserved/sponsored the Cabana for their private use.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall without an adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after the 14-day window will not receive a refund for the event.
